Hurom H-AA Slow Masticating Juicer Review

As is common with all of Hurom’s juicer designs, the H-AA’s attractive exterior reflects all of what is good on the inside. It is made of durable material and designed in a way that is not just superficially attractive, but carefully thought out so as to improve one’s juicing experience. The matte material is not only able to withstand the test of time, but because of the black color, the durability is matched with a style that makes it suitable for any kitchen. This combination extends further to internal components such as the chamber of the juicer, where all the processing takes place. This lends to the great results that are subsequently evidenced in the form of pure, nutrient-rich, pulp-free, tasty juice.

In order to get all this started, raw products of a large variety need to be sliced up into pieces that can fit through the feed chute. The chute is rather accommodative for a masticating juicer, though not the largest on the market. Examples of suitable foods include fruits, vegetables, leafy greens, nuts, and soy beans, all of which can be processed in different ways to yield juice, milk, sauces, tofu, and more. Frozen ingredients can also be accommodated to make ice creams. At a speed of just 43 revolutions per minute, the standard speed of Hurom’s patented Slow Speed Technology, extraction is performed in a way that guarantees efficient results. This includes a high yield of juice, preservation of nutrients and enzymes, and a minimal amount of heat transference.

Once the extraction process if finished, the remaining dry pulp is held back by strainers that keep the bulk away and allow juice to easily flow out the chamber, with a featured lever that allows users to easily adjust just how much of said pulp is held back.

Finally, once all the juicing and processing is done, the entire piece can be dismantled, making it easy for consumers to clean. Assembly is just as easy. As a result of all of this convenience, the juicer’s usability can be relied on for a long period of time.

Pros:

  • Versatile use
  • Slow Speed Technology
  • Durable build
  • Adjustable pulp filtering

Cons:

  • Clogging caused by a number of ingredients

The Hurom H-AA slow masticating juicer is pure quality, through and through, as can be expected from a manufacturer with a long line of reliable products. It offers its quality in various ways, such as durability, versatility, and efficiency.

Not without its shortcomings, such as the very common clogging issue, Hurom still manages to exceed expectations with the H-AA model and deliver satisfactory results that consumers of all kinds are sure to be happy with.
